What is the minimum order amount?
A qualifying order is $200 or more. This is set by our laboratory partner.
Where do your peptides ship from?
Our laboratory partner is located in Italy, EU. Our partnership ensures the highest quality of product & allows us to offer lower prices as we pay less US tariffs on imports.
How long does shipping take?
All qualifying orders are shipped with DHL priority. They advertise 5 business day but we have had orders delivered to the US in two. You will be updated with your delivery details after ordering.
What if there is a problem with my order?
We have a US based support team ready to help where needed.
What happens if I order members prices but I am not a member?
All members orders must come from the same email they joined the membership with. If this is not the case, the order will be cancelled with a refund minus processing fee's (7%).
